SHEILA ADAM BSN RN LMT
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse. I earned my associate’s degree in massage therapy from MCC in 2004. I then pursued my nursing career graduating from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2013 with a Bachelor degree in nursing.
I have gained a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the human body and mind while working in the combination of both degrees.
My greatest asset is attentive listening to each clients needs and concerns. I will alter the massage into what the individuals body requires in that moment.
I am proficient in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, cupping, hot stones and pre-natal massage therapies.
I am eager to share my passion for caring for others with my therapeutic touch.

Dr. Donald Smith DC
I graduated from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY in 1999. My professional background includes working with the Buffalo Gladiators Semi-pro football team and serving on the National Ski Patrol for two decades. Previously, I taught Human Anatomy/Physiology, Pathology, and Myology at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage for 10+ years, and Human Physiology and General Sciences at Monroe Community College for 3 years. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and pursuing activities such as boating, sailing, kayaking, biking, hiking, music, and latin dancing.
Welcome
Conveniently located in the village of spencerport, I offer some evening hours as well as mornings and afternoons. I take the time to care for each of my patients allowing ample time for your treatments without rushing you in and out of the office. At Spencerport Chiropractic you're not "just another Insurance number"! I offer “traditional” chiropractic adjustments as well as low force techniques and spinal decompression therapy.
